Hello, I’m Megan, and I’m thrilled to be part of the talented team at Studio 900!

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design and Merchandising from Eastern Kentucky University, which I earned in December 2010. After pursuing a successful journey in the fashion industry, I followed my passion for beauty by attending the AVEDA Institute in 2022 to embark on my dream career in cosmetology.

Currently, I’m apprenticing under the exceptional Sue Beck Currie, where I’m refining my skills and enhancing the techniques I gained in school. Alongside my apprenticeship, I’m also taking my own appointments on Monday and Tuesday evenings as well as Fridays and select Saturdays.

With a lifelong passion for creativity and all things fabulous, I love blending my experience in the fashion world with the beauty industry. When I discovered that hair extensions involve sewing—a skill I’ve had since I was 7 years old—I knew I had found my niche. Having personally experienced thin hair, I understand how transformative extensions can be for confidence, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients explore the right solutions for their hair needs.

From Wefts, I-Tip, K-Tip, Tape-Ins, Halos, Clip-Ins, to Hair Toppers, there’s an option for every budget, lifestyle, and hair pattern. I’m proud to be certified through Cinderella Hair: Better Than Weft and the Bellami Master Certification, with plans to complete the Bellami Advanced Certification in May 2024.

My ultimate goal is to help every client feel beautiful, confident, and feel like their best self! I look forward to welcoming you to my chair and helping you achieve your hair dreams!
